2019-20 Live Oak Registration


WALK THROUGH REGISTRATION: Tuesday August 6th from 7:30-11:00am and 1:00-7:00pm in the Live Oak MPR (ONE DAY ONLY!)

Live Oak’s online registration link will be live and posted here on July 16th  https://liveoak.futurefund.com/registration

*The registration website is not sponsored by the school. Information provided on this website may be available to Parent Teacher Associations and other educational benefit foundations, as well as school personnel, as required.

Complete the following before attending walk-through registration on August 6th.  (Note:  There is no packet pickup.)

Step 1: Complete PTA & Ed Fund Online Community Registration Site - Click Here to complete the following steps:

  • Update Family Profile

  • Volunteer

    • Support the Live Oak Education Fund (covers classroom supplies and libraries, supports STEAM curriculum, funds classroom para-educators, funds technology and science equipment and supplies, funds the library, vocal music and art teachers and programs, funds the Eagles Nest and much more!)
  • PTA Membership (no obligation to purchase - membership provides discounted rates to Live Oak PTA programs for the school year)

  • Adopt-a-Book Donation

    • Order Yearbook (price will increase after registration)
    • Order Spirit Wear

Step 2:  Complete Lifetouch online picture purchase: mylifetouch.com   Picture  Day ID: BY419018Q0
    • Students will take their school pictures during walk through registration.

Step 3: Complete August Update - Located in your parent portal - inbox - available on June 20th.

    • San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements. Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. The Annual Update window for the 2019-20 school year is scheduled to open on June 20th for Live Oak. To begin the process, click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.
  • Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address.

Step 4: Please bring the following completed printouts to Walk Through Registration on Tuesday, August 6th.Any Office Forms (life threatening medical, medication during school hours, etc)

  • Print out from Future Fund receipt.

  • Please return BAND INTEREST FORM/SIGN-UP SHEET during walk thru registration, or at the band info night.

  • We do NOT require The Application Summary Form from the Parent Portal.

Step 5: Volunteer Process

SRVUSD has a system for all adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus or drive/chaperone day and overnight field trips and athletic events. This Volunteer Management System features a web-based software application that allows the District and all schools to better track and provide the appropriate level of clearance for school volunteers. ALL ADULT volunteers will need to go through this new process. The District will NOT be asking parents to incur any of the costs associated with these clearance processes.
