WELCOME BACK LIVE OAK!


WALK THROUGH REGISTRATION: Tuesday August 8, 7:30-11am and 1-7pm in the Live Oak MPR

There is no packet pickup

Step 1: Complete PTA & Ed Fund Online Community Registration Site - Click link to complete the following steps:

  • Family Profile

  • PTA Membership (no obligation to purchase - membership provides discounted rates to Live Oak PTA programs for the school year)

  • Adopt-a-Book Donation

  • Order Year Book (price will increase after registration)

  • Order Spirit Wear

Step 2:  Complete LifeTouch online picture purchase (Use Live Oak Picture ID: BY417018Q0)

Step 3: Complete August Update - Located in your parent portal - inbox - Open JULY 27

Step 4: Please bring the following completed printouts to Walk Through Registration on Tuesday, August 8th

  • Print out

  • Any Office Forms (life threatening medical, medication during school hours etc.

  • We do not require The Application Summary Form from the Parent Portal

Step 6: Volunteer Process

SRVUSD has a system for all adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus or drive/chaperone day and overnight field trips and athletic events. This Volunteer Management System features a web-based software application that allows the District and all schools to better track and provide the appropriate level of clearance for school volunteers. ALL ADULT volunteers will need to go through this new process. The District will NOT be asking parents to incur any of the costs associated with these clearance processes. If you were previously volunteered at another school within in SRVUSD, please visit your Volunteer Management System to make any updates.

Please return BAND INTEREST FORM/SIGN-UP SHEET during walk thru registration, or at the band info night.

ANNUAL UPDATE

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. The Annual Update window for the 2017-18 school year is scheduled to open on 7/27 for Live Oak. To begin the process, click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process


PTA REGISTRATION:

Prior to the Walk Through Registration, complete the Live Oak PTA Online Community Registration. You do not need to bring any printouts.

  • Join the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) -  Family or individual membership

  • Purchase spirit wear.  Check out our new line of spirit wear for this year.  Spirit wear is discounted at registration and prices will increase after August.  Starting in September, spirit wear will be available at full price only through Live Oak’s MyLocker website.

  • Special 5th grade spirit wear.  All proceeds will support 5th grade programs and celebrations.

  • Purchase yearbooks at a discounted price during registration.  

  • Adopt-a-book to support the Live Oak library.

  • Subscribe to the Live Oak newsletter to stay updated on all school events.
