Step 1: Complete PTA & Ed Fund Online Community Registration Site - Click Here to complete the following steps:
Update Family Profile
Update Family and Student Profile;
Volunteer Interest Form;
Support the Live Oak Education Fund (covers classroom supplies and libraries, supports STEAM curriculum, funds classroom para-educators, funds technology, and science equipment and supplies, vocal music and art teachers and programs, funds the Eagles Nest, and much more!); and
PTA Membership;
Adopt-A-Book;
Camp Arroyo (For 5th Graders), Sacramento Trip (for 4th Graders)
Birthday Message Marquee;
Order Spirit Wear (discounted during registration); and
Sign-up for School Newsletter and Directory
Step 2: Complete Annual Update - Located in your parent portal - inbox - available on June 14th.
San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgment and permission requirements. Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. The Annual Update window for the 2023-24 school year is scheduled to open on June 14th for Live Oak. To locate the Online Enrollment Annual Update link, log in to your parent portal account and click on the 3 line icon located in the upper left corner. Click on the “More” button. The Online Enrollment Annual Update link will be at the bottom of the screen) Please see the Annual Update FAQ for more information.
Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address.
Step 3: Complete the Volunteer Requirements
SRVUSD has a system for all adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus or drive/chaperone day and overnight field trips and athletic events. This Volunteer Management System features a web-based software application that allows the District and all schools to better track and provide the appropriate level of clearance for school volunteers. ALL ADULT volunteers will need to go through this new process. The District will NOT be asking parents to incur any of the costs associated with these clearance processes. If you previously volunteered at another school within SRVUSD, please visit your Volunteer Management System to make any updates.
Step 4: School Pictures.
School pictures will be taken during Walk Through Registration on August 3rd. Details on how to purchase the photographs will be communicated then. All students will need to take school photos even if not purchasing pictures.
