Why join the LOPTA Board?

Being a board member allows you to have a direct impact on how PTA funds are spent to support Live Oak. You'll also get to know and work with amazing Live Oak parents, teachers, and staff.

The Live Oak PTA Executive Board meets on the first Wednesday of every month. Executive Board meetings are open to board members and invited guests. Being on the Board doesn't have to take a lot of time; it simply requires a desire to help the school be the best it can be.

How does LOPTA support its programs?

Live Oak PTA programs are supported by modest membership dues, donations, and dedicated volunteers. Throughout the year, Live Oak PTA also hosts various fundraisers, from birthday marquee announcements to Community Night Out events. These efforts help us support and plan our wonderful community and school-wide events.
