Hello Live Oak Families,
Does your kid like to show off his/her artistic skills? Then here is an opportunity to design the spirit wear for next academic year 2024-25.
Live Oak PTA is bringing the Spirit Wear Design Contest for all the students of Live Oak across all grade levels. The theme for the Spirit wear for upcoming year is - " Golden Eagles- United we rise."
Last Date for submitting your entries is May 17, 2024.

2024-25 Live Oak PTA Spirit Wear Design Contest Rules
Theme: Live Oak Golden Eagles-United We Rise
Entry Due Date: May 17th 2024
• Create your original art-work to go with the theme “United We Rise”.
• Your creation should either be in an 8½ x 11 inches sheet of paper or should be an image created in the computer of size 8½ x 11 inches.
• You can use any 2 colors in your picture. Remember that black also counts as a color.
• DO NOT include the theme word in your drawing. The theme would be added separately.
• Use of solid colors and simple artwork has a better chance of getting selected.
• DO NOT include intricate artwork or shadings since these cannot be transferred as an image on to the
Spirit Wear T-Shirts/ sweatshirts.
• Entries MUST be the student’s original work. The artwork need not include a Golden Eagle, but may
incorporate a traced or computer-generated image of the Live Oak Golden Eagle or other appropriate eagle.
• A completed and signed entry form MUST accompany each entry. Please Click here for the entry form
• Limit of ONE entry per student.
• Scan or take a high-resolution photo of your image as a PDF or RAW image file and upload your entries
to the google form below.
• Entries are due no later than Friday, May 17th 2024.
FOURTH GRADERS ONLY
Fourth graders can also create exclusive Fifth grade spirit wear designs. The proceeds from sale of 5th grade spirit wear will go towards 5th grade promotion.
The kids must submit original artwork to go with the theme “5th graders”.
Deadline for turning in the designs is May 17, 2024
The chosen artwork(s) will be announced in the May 29th Newsletter. The student(s) whose drawing is selected is in for a SPECIAL SURPRISE! Entries will be judged on the creativity and originality of the work, ease of reproduction and how well it fits the theme. The winning artwork will be featured in the 2024-25 Live Oak Spirit Wear.
NOTE: The LiveOak PTA’s Spirit Wear Committee reserves the right to alter and/or enhance the winning drawing(s) as needed for production purposes.
